we have the ability to provide the best chemicals and services with the highest quality such as Anti-Corrosion, Corrosion Inhibitors, Oil Based Mud Systems, Anti-foams and Foam Cement additives.
Anti Corrosion

In this category are additives which reduce drill pipe corrosion, preserve polymer fluids against bacterial degradation, and remove corrosive gases such as oxygen and hydrogen sulfide from the fluid system.

Corrosion Inhibitors

Gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide are corrosive to all types of metals. These gases may result from treating fluid reaction with production fluid systems, or may be naturally occurring in the production fluids. Benood’s corrosion inhibitors are formulated to eliminate corrosion problems.

Oil-Based Mud System Products

These additives are used for preparation and maintenance of invert emulsion fluid systems, having oil as the continuous phase with water or brine as the emulsified internal phase.  The same products are also used in the preparation of a continuous oil-base mud system. Benood’s additives allow preparation of high-performance systems based on conventional diesel oil or on low-toxicity mineral oils. Oil mud provide the highest levels of borehole stability, along with excellent thermal tolerance.

Anti-foams and Foam Cement Additives

Cement slurries have tendencies to foam during mixing operations or entrain air.  This makes it very difficult to attain the desired slurry density unless anti-foams  are used in every cementing application.
